Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Special Notice Regarding the Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium (e.g., online courses, video tutorials) once we have begun performance of the contract after you have:

– expressly consented to us commencing performance before the withdrawal period has expired; and
– acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.
